XEROX COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR CUSTOMER ADVISOR WITH RUSSIAN
As a Customer Advisor, you are responsible for:
- Providing technical support and customer service for consumers with smartphones and other telecommunication devices;
- Diagnosing problems and create solutions;
- Helping the customer by adjusting your communication accordingly to the type of customer and their level of knowledge;
- Creating a team spirit and being part of the team;
- Having a positive mindset;

Requirements:
We are looking for result-oriented candidates. We also request the following:
