Customer Advisor with Russian and English
What will be your job:
As a Customer Advisor, you are responsible for:

Providing technical support and customer service for consumers with smartphones and other telecommunication devices;
Diagnosing problems and create solutions;
Helping the customer by adjusting your communication accordingly to the type of customer and their level of knowledge;
Creating a team spirit and being part of the team;
Having a positive mindset;

Requirements:

You have a very good command of the Russian language (native – written and spoken)
You have a intermediate command of the English Language (training will be in English)
Call center experience (customer care) is a big advantage
You have an open minded personality
Have a willingness to learn
